Common questions about visiting CorePoint in Laguna Hills, covering pricing, booking, the cancellation policy, and what a first visit involves.

The questions below cover the practical side of visiting CorePoint: booking, what a first visit is like, and what things cost. They are what patients most often want settled before booking a first appointment.

Clinical questions get deeper answers elsewhere on the site. Each page in the [services section](https://www.corepointclinic.com/services) explains what its treatment feels like and how to prepare, and every entry in the [conditions library](https://www.corepointclinic.com/conditions) covers warning signs, evidence, and which care fits which problem.

Anything still unanswered is worth a phone call to (949) 377-4707. Otherwise, when you have what you need, the [booking page](https://www.corepointclinic.com/book) is the next stop.

## FAQ

**How do I book an appointment?**

Call (949) 377-4707 to book, or use the booking page, which offers online scheduling whenever it is available. Choose the initial appointment for a service if it is your first time there, and a follow-up if you have been seen for it before.

**What are the clinic's hours?**

CorePoint is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday. For the open appointment times in a given week, call (949) 377-4707; when online scheduling is available on the booking page, it shows the same live availability.

**Do I need a referral from a physician?**

No referral is needed for chiropractic, acupuncture, cupping, or massage. You can book any of them directly, and Dr. Navarifar refers out when an exam shows a problem that belongs elsewhere.

**Is every visit really with Dr. Navarifar?**

Yes. CorePoint has no associates and no rotating providers. The clinician who examines you at the first visit is the one treating you at every visit after it.

**What happens at my first appointment?**

You get a full hour with Dr. Navarifar: your health history, a physical exam, and treatment that same day when appropriate. First visits run $240 (chiropractic) or $220 (acupuncture).

**What should I wear to my appointment?**

Something you can move in. For acupuncture, sleeves and pant legs that roll past the elbows and knees are helpful. For massage, you undress only as far as your own comfort allows, under a drape.

**Where do I park when I arrive?**

Free, in the lot right in front of the building and around its sides. Inside, the elevator goes to the second floor; turn left for Suite 204. The address is 25411 Cabot Road, Suite 204, on the west side of Cabot Road between the La Paz Road and Oso Parkway exits of I-5.

**Will cupping leave marks on my skin?**

Usually, yes. The circles range from pink to deep purple, are not typically painful, and fade over several days. Schedule around any event where your back or shoulders will be on display.

**How much do visits cost?**

Published prices range from $15 to $240 depending on the service, with no extras added at checkout. Herbal formulas are dispensed by Dr. Navarifar herself and priced per formula, so they are a separate cost and she quotes it before you buy. The complete list is on the pricing page at corepointclinic.com/pricing.

**Do you take insurance?**

Yes. CorePoint bills insurance directly. Coverage differs from policy to policy, so call (949) 377-4707 with your plan details before you book and have your own benefits checked rather than assumed.

**What forms of payment do you accept?**

Cash, credit card, debit card, check, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo. Every service carries a flat published price, so the clinic's figure is known before you arrive.

**What is the cancellation policy?**

CorePoint asks for at least 24 hours of notice when canceling or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less warning than that may be charged.
