CorePoint Chiropractic & Acupuncture. 25411 Cabot Road, Suite 204, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. (949) 377-4707.

Depending on your corner of Irvine, CorePoint is ten to twenty five minutes away, a few miles past the El Toro Y, with chiropractic, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and massage in one suite.

Irvine is a big place, so the honest answer to "how far is CorePoint" is: it depends on which Irvine you live in. From the Spectrum end, six and a half miles and about ten minutes. From the middle of the city, twelve, and from the Great Park neighborhoods, ten. None of those trips is a hardship, but none of them is a hop across the street either. Whether they are worth it is the real question, and this page tries to answer it plainly.

## From the Spectrum side

Get on Interstate 405 heading south from Irvine Center Drive and ride through the El Toro Y, the junction where the 405 folds into Interstate 5. Stay on I-5 for about three more miles and leave at the La Paz Road exit. The off ramp feeds straight onto Cabot Road, which runs along the freeway's southwest edge, and a third of a mile later the clinic driveway is on your right. From Irvine Spectrum Center itself, door to door is about six and a half miles, ten minutes when the freeway is clear.

## From central Irvine and the Great Park

Starting near the Civic Center or Westpark, Alton Parkway to Sand Canyon Avenue reaches the 405 in about four miles, and from there it is the same southbound run through the Y to the same La Paz Road exit. Twelve miles, call it eighteen minutes on a clear afternoon, and be honest with yourself about rush hour.

From the Great Park neighborhoods, Sand Canyon Avenue is the shorter way onto I-5, and the freeway does the rest: about ten miles and fifteen minutes. From Portola Springs and Orchard Hills, add two or three miles and, at the wrong hour, ten minutes.

Wherever you start, the destination is 25411 Cabot Road, Suite 204, a two-story medical office building on the west side of Cabot Road in Laguna Hills, roughly a thousand feet from the freeway you just left.

Leave the car anywhere in the surrounding lot, which is free and open to visitors, including the row along the building's front. From the lobby it is one elevator ride to the second floor, then a left turn to Suite 204.

## Why leave a city with this many clinics?

Irvine does not lack for chiropractors, acupuncturists, or massage studios. What it rarely offers under one roof is a single clinician holding doctorates in both chiropractic and Chinese medicine. At CorePoint, that clinician is Dr. Tina Navarifar, and she is the entire practice: every exam, every adjustment, every needle, and every massage is hers alone.

For patients, the difference is architectural, not cosmetic. Care that would normally be split across a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, an herbalist, and a massage therapist, each with partial information, is instead planned by one person who has seen your whole file because she wrote it.

Two groups may find this especially relevant. First, anyone whose problem straddles categories, the neck pain that is half joint and half stress, the [headaches](https://www.corepointclinic.com/conditions/headaches-migraines) that no single discipline fully owns. Second, women navigating fertility care, cycles, or hormonal questions who want acupuncture and herbal support from a doctorate trained practitioner working alongside, never instead of, their medical team. The [fertility support](https://www.corepointclinic.com/conditions/fertility-support) and [hormonal balance](https://www.corepointclinic.com/conditions/hormonal-balance) pages spell out that philosophy.

## The arithmetic

CorePoint publishes every price it charges. Initial hours: $240 for chiropractic, $220 for acupuncture. Follow-ups, 45 minutes each: $150 and $185. Massage: $125 Swedish, $145 deep tissue, an hour either way. Cupping: $15 to $40. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture: $165 for 30 minutes. Compare freely; the numbers are on the [pricing page](https://www.corepointclinic.com/pricing) and they do not blush.

A day of notice is expected for cancellations, and shorter notice may carry a charge.
