## The quick way: one exit of I-5

Follow El Toro Road toward the freeway for about a mile and take the southbound on-ramp for Interstate 5. Stay on it for less than two miles and leave at the La Paz Road exit. The off ramp does something convenient here: it feeds straight onto Cabot Road rather than dropping you at a light. ## The way with no freeway at all

If merging is the part you would rather skip, turn right onto Paseo de Valencia instead, about two thirds of a mile along El Toro Road and before you reach the freeway. Acupuncture rounds out the options. Hair thin needles, a quiet room, and no force involved at all. It is commonly used for stress, for sleep that has gone shallow, and for aches that have outlasted several other treatments. If mobility is limited, mention it when booking so the visit can be planned around it.

Appointment lengths here are fixed and predictable: an hour for initial visits, 45 minutes for follow-ups, 15 minutes for a standalone cupping session. Whoever drops you off knows exactly when to come back, and the trip is short enough that waiting out a visit is no hardship.
