Accessibility Statement

A clinic website that some patients cannot use has failed at its one job. CorePoint builds this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level, and treats that as a floor rather than a finish line.

What has been built in

  • Semantic page structure, with proper headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate rather than wander
  • Full keyboard operability, including visible focus indicators on every interactive element
  • Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast requirements
  • Alternative text on meaningful images
  • Layouts that hold up under high zoom levels and on small screens

Accessibility is checked as part of how the site gets developed, not bolted on afterward. Even so, no site is perfect, and a standard on paper matters less than your actual experience.

Found a barrier?

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, the clinic wants the specifics: which page, what happened, and what you were trying to do.

Report it by calling (949) 377-4707. Anyone may make that call on your behalf, and you are welcome to raise the problem in person at a visit instead. A note mailed to CorePoint Chiropractic and Acupuncture, 25411 Cabot Road, Suite 204, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, works too. The contact page lists every channel the clinic has open, and this page will name a new one here as soon as there is one. Every report gets taken seriously, and fixing a real barrier for one visitor generally improves the site for everyone.

Feedback of any kind about the usability of this site is welcome through the same channels.
