This policy describes what information passes through corepointclinic.com, in plain language. Last updated July 2026.

The short version

This website counts its visitors anonymously, takes callback requests through a short form when one is offered on the contact page, and uses a third party booking tool when online scheduling is offered. It does not run advertising trackers, build visitor profiles, or sell information to anyone. It is also not the place for your medical history, which belongs in the treatment room.

Analytics: counted, not tracked

The site measures traffic with Plausible, an analytics service designed to work without cookies and without collecting personal information. What CorePoint sees is aggregate arithmetic: how many people visited a page, roughly where traffic came from, and which pages get read. No individual visitor is identified, no profile is assembled, and nothing follows you to other websites. Plausible describes its approach in its own data policy.

Booking

Booking by phone sends nothing through this website at all. When online scheduling is offered on the booking page, it runs on a widget from Elfsight, a third party service, and it loads only on that page. The details you enter there, such as your name, contact information, and chosen appointment, are processed by Elfsight to create and manage the appointment, under Elfsight's privacy policy. The clinic uses that information to prepare for and manage your visit, and for nothing else.

Callback requests

When a callback request form is offered on the contact page, it collects exactly four fields: a name, a phone number, a new or returning patient selection, and a preferred call time. That information is used solely to return your call, and submitting it adds you to no mailing list. When no form is shown there, callback requests are not being taken online and nothing is collected. The form has no free text field by design, which keeps symptoms, diagnoses, and other medical details out of web submissions entirely; share those by phone or in person instead.

What this site deliberately avoids

No advertising pixels. No social media trackers. No sale or rental of visitor information, ever. Where a third party is involved (Plausible for counting, Elfsight for scheduling), it is named in this policy along with what it handles.
