Chiropractic and Acupuncture Near Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach and Laguna Hills share half a name and very little geography. Between them sit a ridge, one canyon road, and about ten miles of driving. If you are coming from Laguna Beach, that distance is the first thing to settle.

From Main Beach, figure ten miles and roughly eighteen minutes when the road is moving. A proper trip, not an errand, and this page is about making one visit worth it.

Up the canyon and over

Broadway leaves downtown as State Route 133 and becomes Laguna Canyon Road, which runs inland a little over three miles. Turn right where El Toro Road begins and stay on it for about four miles. El Toro Road reaches Interstate 5 at Laguna Hills; join the freeway southbound, ride it under two miles, and leave at La Paz Road. That off ramp pours onto Cabot Road, where another third of a mile puts the driveway on your right. Number 25411 is the two story building; Suite 204 is one floor up.

Before you set the navigation: El Toro Road is not a separate way out of downtown. Its southern end is the canyon road itself, so every version of this drive starts in the canyon.

The part a map will not tell you

Those figures describe an empty road. Laguna Canyon Road is downtown's only direct link to the freeway network, which is why it fills: beach weather, summer weekends, festival season, and the end of the working day on the same two lanes. Budget a margin rather than a stopwatch, and if you can pick your hour, mid morning is the gentlest version of the trip.

Your phone may also offer the 73 toll road for a mile and a half of the middle stretch. That version leaves El Toro Road far earlier and returns on surface streets, La Paz Road and then Paseo de Valencia, reaching the same driveway from the other side, so it sits on your left. On a clear day it saves a minute or two and charges you for them.

Starting from South Laguna instead

The southern end of the city gets a different trip. Take Pacific Coast Highway south for about two and a half miles, turn inland on Crown Valley Parkway, and follow it six miles as it climbs through Laguna Niguel. Where Crown Valley Parkway meets Cabot Road, turn left; the clinic is two and a half miles along, driveway on your left. Call it eleven and a half miles and twenty-two minutes, with no canyon in it.

Build the visit around a long appointment

When a round trip costs the better part of an hour, the appointments that repay it are the unhurried ones. Both first visits run a full sixty minutes: chiropractic at $240, acupuncture at $220. Inside that hour Dr. Tina Navarifar takes the history, performs the exam, says what she found, and treats. One drive inland can therefore produce an answer rather than a second appointment to get one.

She is the entire clinic, which counts for more at this distance than at five minutes. No file changes hands, and the clinician who examined you answers the phone.

Saturdays are open

The clinic runs Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm, closed Sunday. From the coast, Saturday is the slot worth asking about first: it takes weekday commuter traffic out of the drive, though a summer weekend hands some of it back.

Parking costs nothing

The lot belongs to the building and wraps around it, and none of it is metered, permitted, or validated. Park in front if there is space, ride the elevator up, and turn left.

The published numbers

Follow-ups shorten to 45 minutes, $150 for chiropractic and $185 for acupuncture. Massage takes an hour, $125 Swedish or $145 deep tissue. Cupping is $40 on its own, or $15 to $25 attached to a visit already on the books. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture runs $165 for thirty minutes. Cancellations want a full day of warning; a one clinician practice cannot refill the hour at short notice.
