Picking the right appointment
Choose the initial appointment for any service you have not received here before. Initial chiropractic ($240) and initial acupuncture ($220) visits run a full hour because they include your history and exam, not just treatment. Returning patients book the 45 minute follow-up instead.
Massage, standalone cupping, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture have single appointment types, so those are simpler: pick the service and a time. Add-on cupping is easiest to arrange by mentioning it when you book the appointment it attaches to.

After you book
The time you selected is held for you. In a solo practice, an appointment is a reserved block of Dr. Navarifar's own day, which is also why the notice policy below carries weight.
Before a first visit, gather a list of your current medications and any recent imaging reports if they exist. Dress in clothing you can move around in comfortably. Each service page has preparation notes specific to that treatment.

A first appointment is a full hour. It covers your health history, a physical exam, and treatment on the same day when that is appropriate, which is why an initial chiropractic visit is $240 and an initial acupuncture visit is $220 while their follow-ups are shorter and cost less.
The hour is with Dr. Navarifar from start to finish. CorePoint has no associates and no rotating providers, so the clinician who examines you at this visit is the one treating you at every visit after it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule
Give at least 24 hours of notice. Appointments changed or canceled later than that may be charged, since a reserved hour in a one doctor clinic rarely finds a replacement on short notice. Rescheduling well ahead of time costs nothing and bothers no one.
